New railway rule

Online ticket booking service

IRCTC sells online tickets (e-tickets) under the Indian railways. Passengers create login and password information on this ticket portal. And then take advantage of the online reservation. To create a login password, you must provide email and telephone number. That is, you can book tickets only after verifying the email and the phone number.

How is verification done?

When you log in to the IRCTC portal, the verification window opens. Enter the email already registered and the mobile phone number. When selecting the verification option, an OTP will be received (one time password) in your number. Your mobile phone number is verified after entering the OTP. Similarly, verification will also have to be done by email. It is verified through the OTP received in the email.
